Convenient location to MTR

Elevators are very slow. They tend to get full and it can take quite a while to get on one depending on the time of day.

Room condition, well maintained

The location is convenient with walking distance to the subway and mall . The staff and cleaning crew super friendly. The bathroom was really clean and the shower was really really good. Nice temperature and pressure.

The carpet looks really beat up and dirty. I asked housekeeping to deep clean it though not much different. I really wish they can replace those with wood floor soon in order to compete. The room is a bit damp and can smell a bit moldy ( though no visible mold) I asked for a dehumidifier but it was unavailable at that time. I wish they could have more (like one each room in Japan). I ended up putting my pillow into the dryer and it helped with the dampness and moldy smell.

Good location and easy to get to cruise ship facilities. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning

My checkout billing was more than I expected? Just waiting to see if my deposit and final bill is accurate next week?

I loved everything about this hotel, the staff, the food, the location and the room. Very beautiful

Very functional hotel with a dining restaurant in the first floor, 2 bottles of water provided daily, water dispencer available in the floor, slippers were provided after request, late check-out available (at half daily rate until 6pm, then full rate), good and stable wifi, kettle and fridge, very polite personnel.

No room service available. I was sick during my stay, and no food could be delivered to the room, so it was very tough for me to go down and organize or even pick up the food.The blanket was too thin, but 2 pieces were available.The breakfast in the restaurant needs some more variability. Also the AC in the restaurant was a bit too strong for me.

Maybe the location. It's a bit distant from major touristic spots. However, can't complain much because of the MTR system in hong kong!

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful . Good location near major mall and transit. Good value with daily free breakfast. Moreover, I really appreciate the assistant manager David, hotel chief staff May, and room service staff Rainbow. When my husband almost fainted in the hotel elevator due to seasick, they stopped what they were doing and helped my husband to walk while I reached our room key so we could let him lay on bed and rest. It was an emergency and they were so caring and helpful. Manager David came back with these two ladies and ensured my husband was alright. Without their support, the situation could have been worse. Thanks again!Our daily room cleaning lady Wen Fang was always pleasant and did a good job. That made our stay more comfortable and happy?

Good location to do stuff downtown...place was clean...we had twin beds...they were ok...staff helpful... restaurant on location..bit expensive...but good food...lots of selection for breakfast ...

Room a bit to small for two people with two piece luggage...and no shelves..or closet...No shelves in bathroom to put your stuff...

It was quiet and very clean, the cleaning lady provided me with clean towels everyday.

The accommodation was quite expensive. Additionally, the toothpaste and toothbrush were placed on the desk beside the front desk, whereas they should have been provided inside the room. The breakfast was delicious; however, the variety of food was rather limited considering the price.

Good location

Breakfast was not good and not enough quantities. Mostly food containers were empty. Short staffed but they still made a good amount effort but not enough food what can they do

The hotel was nice. It was a good place for business purposes or a quick get away in my opinion.

Well, the place was far from the tourist spots. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 nights and moved to Tsim Sha Tsui and that's when we enjoyed Hong Kong. I forgot my reading glasses, but since they don't do mandatory checked the room, I only remember it when we were about to leave the country. And whoever cleaned the room did not report it, I was still in the country that day and told the receptionist that I was willing to go back there just to get my glasses back but he told me that he have to confirm it the next day because apparently that department closed already and will resume the next day which is I left the country already. If they only checked the room and if only the cleaner reported it, I don't have to go through arranging DHL pick up.

Not enough space for luggage, shower opaque which is weird for non-couples

The cleaning staff accidentally disposed of our empty hand-carry luggage, mistaking it for rubbish we had set aside, when in fact common sense and standard practice should have indicated that such items should not be considered trash until the guest has checked out.

Rooms were clean, was upgraded to high-floor, food was exception, location was excellent, toilet was clean.Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room had a moldy smell when I first enter into it. However, it was bearable after a while.Other than this, everything else was excellent.

Location close to MTR station

- Restaurant under renovation. Got food packets for breakfast. Not informed prior to reservation. Is fraudulent in nature - rooms need renovation

The location of the hotel is superb. Easy to travel by bus, light bus and even MTR to every tourist attraction.

They are having a renovation of their restaurant, so the breakfast was in a grab-and-go kode, not many options.

The location is great, short distances to malls, public transport, etc, ...The facility is above average.I would choose this hotel again.

The breakfast is too marginal, only a simple grab-and-go ...It would be good if the doorman would speak english.
